But man with that said, the taste is not the best tasting smoothie out there lol 😂 😅 . But i switched out the avocado and i had tons of mint leaves with me so i decided to add that in instead. Once you go back to having these every morning, you really can’t go back. Your body will be craving the nutrients all day and nothing will satisfy. If you work a laborious job but have gut problems, there is no replacement for these when you need nutrients to the face ASAP.
This looks like a decent recipe to go off of. I think I’m going to swap the Almonds for walnuts, swap the apple for blueberries and raspberries, the Almond milk and chia seeds for oats and water, and the coconut yogurt for coconut milk and greek yogurt and give it a go.
I’ve never seen a blender like that one ,it’s interesting…

Looks good – I’d remove the honey though to reduce the chance of an insulin spike, esp since there’s a banana too.
