I also put grapes, pink lady apple, peach slices, pineapple lmao I put everything in my smoothies. But Spinach goes in every smoothie without fail, even a small handful. Everything else is totally random.
Now I know what to do with all 12 cans of spinach that I have sitting in my cabinet that don’t want to eat and I bought them for healthy reasons and I never figured out what to do with them

Before I even watched this video I decided to try it BUT for mine I did the banana, spinach, chia seeds, oats, a dash of cinnamon and some nutriment (drink) 🤤🤤 so good!
If you’re not diabetic and watching sugar, this is great, but that banana is at least 20-25 carbs, if you’re looking for less sugar or carbs, try a combination of berries and about 1/4 – 1/3 of a banana, it doesn’t raise your sugar level so much. Enjoy! 🙂

What do you mean by sweet sliced banana? Do you sprinkle sugar on top of the banana?

use full fat oat milk to make it more filling and if you freeze your sliced bananas in a tupperware dish, you won’t keep running through plastic bags

My pre gym smoothie:
1 banana + 1 glass milk + 3-4 spinach leaves + 2 almonds + half spoon peanut butter + 1 cup oats + some choco pops (for flavour) 😉😋
