And you can add whole dates for sweetness if you really need it, but no more than 1 or 2 per smoothie. They are low GI and They don’t spike blood sugar for most people and the energy you get from it is slow releasing and longer lasting.

I like the use of hemp seeds! I decided to switch from almond milk to hemp milk for 2019. I don’t like the hemp protein powders that have eliminated all of the healthy Omega-3 fatty acids, so I will probably be making it from the whole hemp seed. It’s cheaper, anyway! Thanks for the great video!

Can you use hemp seed in place of the hemp powder? Or Water instead of unsweetened almond milk ?

could you use frozen cucumber intstead of frozen zucchini ?
4 tbs hemp is 20g fat + 1 tbs butter is 7g fat . Total of 27g fat. And you say it should have max 14g. Where did I go wrong?
