I just stumbled on this video while being in bed and not feeling well.I literally got out bed as soon as I watched it to make my smoothie. The video couldn’t have come at a better time. I am glad I had all the ingredients at home. I added 1 teaspoon if spirulina and my smoothie came out really creamy and tasty. I started the green smoothie life september last year and I have been enjoying it. I lost about 25 lbs since then. Thank you for this video!
Although it is not a smoothie, please share your recipe for the Rawstar tonic. I used it to help my daughter recover from the classic flu when she came home at Christmas. 3-4 days – she was back to normal! I froze half the recipe for use this fall again. Thanks
