All good ingredients. However instead of lettuce you might try Kale instead. I make mine with Kale and Spinach. Kale is like one of the highest nutritionaly dense veggies. Also instead of using Coconut oil, which is really too thick, try a good MCT oil instead. The liquid form will blend better. Also add some good salt like Pink Himalayan Sea Salt. I also use a little Stevia(pure stuff) sweetener. I also add a little low carb protein powder.
Well it’s those "peppery leaves" that are so helpful to your liver. Do kales, mustard greens, chards, and collards. Lettuce is good, too, but we NEED the nutrients in the bitter greens.
