Been doing this for 6 weeks. I feel so much better and my skin looks great. And it actually tastes pretty good.
Anybody that thinks that drinking the juice and leaving the body of the fruit and vegetables behind it does not understand science because there is no validity that all that sugar is helping you without the pulp. Just another sugary gimmick smoothies are toxic you should be eating and drinking water
I like blending much better. I think it is better for you. I make a lot of blended Vegetables everyday. It keeps you full and you can do this if your fasting I think. the fiber is so good for you. I only use Pineapple for sweetness and maybe an apple.

Since Organic is quiet Pricey, I would use fresh lemon juice instead, turmeric, or ginger, a bit of pepper it boost my metabolism !
Started raw diet getting anemic and low iron. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thank you. Where can we get protein from raw vegetables.
Juicing is taking out of important nutrients.
Blending isn’t enough polarizing the nutrients from vegetables and fruits.
Is there a way to counter act the insulin response when juicing…so I can continue juicing? Not a big fan of blending.
Love the info!! I believe that’s called a smoothie… A shake doesn’t have fiber. It liquids being mixed together.

Lightly steaming kale then fast cooling with ice in water takes off the kale bitterness, and it blends more smoothly. Love your recommendations.

What if you strain the blended vegetable? Do u still getbthe fiber?
