Vegans are suffering, because they still have lectins in their diet – like chia seeds, potato starch, legumes, cashews, peanuts, etc. These foods, if not pressure cooked or avoided, destroy the gut wall, and microbiome. We can’t just add greens to a bunch of sugar, and all or a sudden think it’s healthy.

5:05 DONT put chia seeds straight into anything, they’ll dehydrate you. Soak 1/4 cup chia seeds in 1 cup water for at least 20 min. The chia seeds absorb the water & turn into the texture of tapioca pudding, these can stay good for up to a week in the fridge, in a covered container. THEN use 2 tablespoons in your smoothie.
I drink a very similar smoothie pretty much daily. The main difference is I always add some extra stuff mainly for the phenolic compounds. Cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and turmeric are my go to’s.
I tried your smoothie and found it pretty good, although it did give me much energy from it, although I still need to find a whey pounder. I did try a few changes added some pineapple and changed to peanut butter cause I couldn’t find Jiff to tahini think it tastes better? creamier, but still healthy

I can confirm that metal conducts heat (or in other words, spreads heat) much better than glass so it is definitely colder to drink out of a metal straw than a glass one. You can compare the "thermal conductivity" of various materials to get a sense of this. I’m fine with continuing to call this bro science tho lol

If this is your shake then this go for it! Curious though I’m interested in how long it usually takes to make this? I’m wondering if some people might have an issue with the time it takes and the barrier to consistency. Maybe pre portion everything in the bullet (minus the protein and the PB) the night before if you morning routine is tough as it is. Cheers!
Here in Brazil we have something called açaí. I do a variation of this recept using avocado, açaí, plain yogurt, whey protein, wheat bran, palatinose, strawberries, blackberries and peanut butter. This tastes awsome kz açaí flavor is very pronounced. Veeery good shake and keeps me less hunger for longer time. Many benefits for replacing bread and stuff like that for this kind of diet. Plain yogurt (fat) , Avocado (fat) and palatinose (low glycaemic index) may be a very good adding for your receipt. Maybe replacing/adding flexseed for wheat bran may be beneficial too and even cheaper.
If you find açaí in your country try it out on your receipt
best tip I could give is blend the oats and seeds together and than just mix and mush the fruits and milk wrap it up and put it in the freezer at night so when you wake up just put it in the blender with some extra ice and a splash of juice cranberry or orange ! I also add an egg to mine but that’s just me.

However, I don’t love the "over thinking" being healthy might take. Ok in all honesty, I am so lazy! Smoothies are so amazing and easy to make though and surprisingly after making them a must in my everyday food fest I just naturally acquired the want to be more active and less snack-tive. So anyways I just really love how you put this video together, your sentence choices really stood out to me and you are just super relatable. Like the cup size "issue" is hilarious because I always say they never make smoothie cup blender things in a big enough size for me lol. Aside from an actual blender geeze. Old Fashion Oats need to be soaked in a fluid for 15 minutes minimum (or cooked) because raw oats have an anti-nutrient property. Chia seeds should also be soaked in a fluid for 10 minutes (or so) for different reasons. AND, can you be sure that protein powders are not BAD for your LIVER?

Peanut butter is a mass-gainer for stomach fat. Almond milk has virtually no protein. Apart from that, great shake!

keep in mind that the oats and protein will spike insulin. as well as cause an energy burst followed by a crash shortly after.
Make it healthier.. use a high quality natural peanut butter, that JIFF has Hydrogenated oil in it.
