People on Youtube put fruit like… Pineapple – SUGAR, Mango – SUGAR, Banana – SUGAR. Unfortunately, these smoothies are really bad for you. Sugar is poison, even as fruit, especially as fruit. And should be eaten seasonally, and in small proportions.

Follow Dr. Gundry’s protocol, and you will thrive. Vegans are suffering, because they still have lectins in their diet – like chia seeds, potato starch, legumes, cashews, peanuts, etc. These foods, if not pressure cooked or avoided, destroy the gut wall, and microbiome. We can’t just add greens to a bunch of sugar, and all or a sudden think it’s healthy.

Peanut butter is a mass-gainer for stomach fat. Almond milk has virtually no protein. Apart from that, great shake!

Chia seeds increase estrogen level in males. It’s better to replace that with hemp hearts

  5. Zachary Jaenish says: August 8th, 2022 at 8:33 am

Jamba Juice also has TONS of sugar in it

  6. Too much fiber without enough liquid in diet will also turn it into a huge brick that could cause some serious bleeding on the way out. Especially any product branded as high fiber like fiber snack bars. I stay the he11 away from those things. Get fiber from berries, banana, brown rice, etc

5:05 DONT put chia seeds straight into anything, they’ll dehydrate you. Soak 1/4 cup chia seeds in 1 cup water for at least 20 min. The chia seeds absorb the water & turn into the texture of tapioca pudding, these can stay good for up to a week in the fridge, in a covered container. THEN use 2 tablespoons in your smoothie.

keep in mind that the oats and protein will spike insulin. as well as cause an energy burst followed by a crash shortly after.

  9. E. LeBlanc says: August 8th, 2022 at 8:41 am

Make it healthier.. use a high quality natural peanut butter, that JIFF has Hydrogenated oil in it.

  10. Slashifyu says: August 8th, 2022 at 8:42 am

    Bee swarm super smoothie

  11. How do you clean it?

  12. All that fruit isn’t healthy. High sugar. Kale full of anti nutrients.

  13. Fatima Bibi Hoosen says: August 8th, 2022 at 8:43 am

The max line is actually for max amount of liquids. Coz everything else will lose its volume as its blended

  14. Avery McDaniel says: August 8th, 2022 at 8:44 am

    i also use coconut milk

  15. I’d add some carrots.

    Plastic straws work for me

  18. Andrew Craig Brown says: August 8th, 2022 at 8:49 am

I drink a very similar smoothie pretty much daily. The main difference is I always add some extra stuff mainly for the phenolic compounds. Cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and turmeric are my go to’s.

  19. Meeschell says: August 8th, 2022 at 8:49 am

Freeze all of your fruit, then you won’t have to water it down with ice.

  20. Graham Mathieson says: August 8th, 2022 at 8:52 am

I tried your smoothie and found it pretty good, although it did give me much energy from it, although I still need to find a whey pounder. I did try a few changes added some pineapple and changed to peanut butter cause I couldn’t find Jiff to tahini think it tastes better? creamier, but still healthy

  21. Mosheh Hubbard says: August 8th, 2022 at 8:53 am

I tried something similar, but I use water lol. I find it more delicious

  22. IAmTheWalrus says: August 8th, 2022 at 8:55 am

give us the recipe and move on. this video is 12 min too long

  23. Really long and different colored strawberries I would say

  24. 250 ml of egg whites
    Half banana

  25. Ashwin Munsamy says: August 8th, 2022 at 8:57 am

Can you make a updated version

  26. Danny Trejo says: August 8th, 2022 at 8:58 am

Game changer for me has been 6 oz of milk kefir, half banana, half cup old fashioned oats, fresh pineapple, frozen blueberries, super greens mix and 1 scoop of UMP protein. Add a little water and blend

  27. Cody O'Connell says: August 8th, 2022 at 8:58 am

I can confirm that metal conducts heat (or in other words, spreads heat) much better than glass so it is definitely colder to drink out of a metal straw than a glass one. You can compare the "thermal conductivity" of various materials to get a sense of this. I’m fine with continuing to call this bro science tho lol

  28. Plastic straws are bad for the environment, so I bought these from amazon is the stupidest sentence I’ve ever heard

  29. Hawkeye312457 says: August 8th, 2022 at 9:00 am

How many times a day do I drink this?

  30. Andrew Lankes says: August 8th, 2022 at 9:00 am

Bro! Bad news, chia seeds and peanut butter, and oats are toxic. LECTINS!! There are other options. Look up Dr. Gundry.

  31. Upgrade My Rituals says: August 8th, 2022 at 9:02 am

Very intense shake! Thanks for sharing. With all those berries I wouldn’t probably worry about the added sugar in the peanut butter or the flavoring of the whey. If this is your shake then this go for it! Curious though I’m interested in how long it usually takes to make this? I’m wondering if some people might have an issue with the time it takes and the barrier to consistency. Maybe pre portion everything in the bullet (minus the protein and the PB) the night before if you morning routine is tough as it is. Cheers!

  32. Fiona Lezotte says: August 8th, 2022 at 9:04 am

After all the statements I make that I’m not sure about, I’ll just say "that could be bro science" lmao

  33. Here in Brazil we have something called açaí. I do a variation of this recept using avocado, açaí, plain yogurt, whey protein, wheat bran, palatinose, strawberries, blackberries and peanut butter. This tastes awsome kz açaí flavor is very pronounced. Veeery good shake and keeps me less hunger for longer time. Many benefits for replacing bread and stuff like that for this kind of diet. Plain yogurt (fat) , Avocado (fat) and palatinose (low glycaemic index) may be a very good adding for your receipt. Maybe replacing/adding flexseed for wheat bran may be beneficial too and even cheaper.
If you find açaí in your country try it out on your receipt

Will this help me at gaming?

  35. Alexander Cook says: August 8th, 2022 at 9:06 am

Your smoothie is very similar to mine, but I use water and also beetroot 😁

  36. The kitchen creed 😅

  37. how about some honey into that as well

  38. akimbosplurge says: August 8th, 2022 at 9:06 am

best tip I could give is blend the oats and seeds together and than just mix and mush the fruits and milk wrap it up and put it in the freezer at night so when you wake up just put it in the blender with some extra ice and a splash of juice cranberry or orange ! I also add an egg to mine but that’s just me.

  39. This smoothie recipe is amazing. I left out the kale because I didn’t want to go to the store and buy some. Even without that, 10/10 banger

  40. Kolt Crutch says: August 8th, 2022 at 9:09 am

This video definitely inspired me to come up with my own morning shake recipe.
    whole banana,
    whole apple without the core,
various frozen fruit normally a bag from walmart,
and last but not least Chocolate Almond milk, throw it into the blender and im good.

    Thanks for the motivation

  41. Jennifer Gray says: August 8th, 2022 at 9:10 am

You are fantastic! Thank you for this video because….I love to eat okay. I love snacks! I also love to be alive and I need to be better at being health contious. However, I don’t love the "over thinking" being healthy might take. Ok in all honesty, I am so lazy! Smoothies are so amazing and easy to make though and surprisingly after making them a must in my everyday food fest I just naturally acquired the want to be more active and less snack-tive. So anyways I just really love how you put this video together, your sentence choices really stood out to me and you are just super relatable. Like the cup size "issue" is hilarious because I always say they never make smoothie cup blender things in a big enough size for me lol. Aside from an actual blender geeze. Ok so thanks for a great recipe as well as some encouragement to keep going knowing I’m not alone. Have a great day.

  43. OK But why? says: August 8th, 2022 at 9:16 am

Its missing honey and lemon juice also need to reduce the fiber no need for that much

  44. Joe Dinkel says: August 8th, 2022 at 9:17 am

Super beats is a great add on for smoothies.

  45. Daniel Paull says: August 8th, 2022 at 9:17 am

Old Fashion Oats need to be soaked in a fluid for 15 minutes minimum (or cooked) because raw oats have an anti-nutrient property. Chia seeds should also be soaked in a fluid for 10 minutes (or so) for different reasons. AND, can you be sure that protein powders are not BAD for your LIVER?

  46. A cup is 16T

  47. Nightwolf1972 says: August 8th, 2022 at 9:20 am

Is this too high calorie to drink if you are trying to lose a good amount of weight?

  48. geo_ neo9 says: August 8th, 2022 at 9:22 am

Sprouted seeds are much healthier. For mass gym energy use fulvic acid.

  49. Bio Hacker says: August 8th, 2022 at 9:24 am

Chia and oats are not good for health and Jiff butter not good or any other peanut butter!

  50. jeremy bands says: August 8th, 2022 at 9:26 am

Did he bite the banana to open it? Did I watch that correctly?
