I’m ready to do an alkaline diet, I wanna juice cilantro, kale, and watercress for atleast 3 days. It’s the night headaches for me that make me tap out. Does anyone know any supplements to counteract that?

Realy great start every day. And i do another more fruit berry citrus inspired smoothie in the afternoon.
Green cabbage or black cabbage
1/2 broccoli head
Broccolisprouts (homegrown)
Brussesprouts
Spinache
1 banana
Frozen strawberries and Blueberries
1 tablespoon:
Hempseeds
Flaxseeds
Psylliumseeds
Chiaseeds
Sesameseeds
100% cacaonibs
Spirulina
Chlorella
1 cup oats
Some stevia for taste
Because it was the best weather to put in your smoothie on your fruit or whatever you put in your smoothie is making you hungry that’s with the daughter the expert says when I watch a video on YouTube but I thought your expert said that
I do this super cheap and easy with just spinach, frozen berries, Greek yogurt and if I’m smart and remember, flax seed. I’m 42 now so I put collagen powder in now too. When I eat a boiled egg with each one it totally curbs my hunger completely (but I still have cravings boo) I do love Kachava if I spend money

I did it for 31days and lost 44.3pounds. I do 2weeks on, and 2weeks off now with intermittent fasting total weight loss is 67pounds. Morning you will you wait like you wait a couple hours in the morning like you wait like it like 30 minutes or 10 minutes and then I’ll depends what time we talk depends what time did you eat what you eat it depends what time you did you eat your smoothie so late and I still like you can do it at 10 in the morning and then you then you were like 20 minutes or 30 minutes and then and then you go to after that you wait a while on and off that all you can eat whatever you want you can you like make a burger sandwich is tacos what are we like

Having my Detox tea while watching. I’ve been detoxing with celery juice in am and a version of smoothie cleansing just this week. Feeling and sleeping great and lost about 5 lbs. I want to know more about your “modified keto” that helped you lose, was 10 or 20 pounds man!!! Any referrals would be great. Great video – A

The bad thing about frozen fruit is the taste isn’t as strong as when it’s fresh. It’s almost tasteless in smoothies

If the taste bothers you, don’t use a straw, just gulp it all down asap like Rocky drinking raw eggs

I’ve started putting coconut water in my smoothies for a change water melon is also great no need to add much water when using melon.
