How do you feel about adding MCT oil or just coconut oil to it? I know even a little oil goes a long way in helping the body absorb all of the fat soluble nutrients from the greens.
I tend to stay away from milk, cream, and most dairy, but I love adding Greek yogurt to my shakes. It brings in a bit of probiotic nutrient, more proteins, and a bit of calcium. It also gives my shakes a more creamy texture
What’s your thoughts on doing a DUP with upper lower 6 times a week heavy light moderate work outs? Do think 6 days a week for a natty is to little recovery? When I say heavy I mean 6-8 rep range not the 1-4 rep for power lifting
I am intrigued by your video as I have to have major dental surgery & will no longer be able to chew anything and I absolutely LOVE vegetables but have never tried the protein & collagen you speak of; but heck this was such a great video that I am going to try it out! Thanks so much for it.
Nice smoothie. I’m reluctant to try the egg whites part but everything else I would put in my smoothie. Also, I’m guessing fresh fruit would be better than frozen?
I know this is an old video but I was looking for a high protein smoothie I counted about 60 grams of protein for breakfast damn that is the ultimate protein smoothie!!!
great idier but if you are using this as a post workout you need too seperate ptotein and carbs . by ingesting sugars right after training tuins your gh level so have your protn and aminos right away then have the veggies and carbs 30 mins later.

Could you post a recipe with amounts. This looks great, but it will be hard to follow along with.
Do you think it’s a good idea to consume 80% of your calories in liquid? I can’t imagine it being worse than what my diet consists of now.

I just had a smoothie. Spinach, Kale, 5 fresh baby carrots, 2 pieces frozen broccoli, 3 tbsp. Avocado, 1 frozen banana, 1/4 cup frozen dark cherries, 2 tbsp. Plain, non fat, Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp. Low fat 1% cottage cheese, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk.
omg my 4 year old son had me get that frozen fruit mix at Walmart it’s good 🙂
