I enjoy a fruit based one with some eggs on the side for breakfast, and a vegetable smoothie for lunch (favoring some of your detox smoothies), with a heartier meal for dinner. As a beginner to this lifestyle, I’m just wondering if it’s possible to do too many smoothies, haha. Thank you for your time!
I love green smoothies!!!! I made one once with peanut butter and it was delicious!!!! But thank you so much because I was thinking of how else I can do my green smoothie healthier!! So this is perfect!!!

Lovely video, but what I’d like to say is, please do not pre-grind flaxseeds because they expire/go rancid 15 minutes after being ground and this isn’t what we’re after. It may be better to invest in either a very good blender that’ll blend everything properly or use a coffee grinder to blend the seeds just before you use them x
I’ve been feeling very sluggish and lethargic (especially when I have to do homework) . My skin has been suffering and I’ve been stress eating too. I just made this smoothie and it is very neutral not sweet or overly veggie tasting either. I plan drink it daily and see how it helps. Thanks for sharing!
