I had a smoothie for breakfast this morning the only thing the did not put in it was lemon, ginger and banana because I did not have any banana. but need to try the lemon and ginger tomorrow
Dry oats in a smoothie is not for me. My oatmeal has to be cooked on the stovetop. I use old fashioned oatmeal when cooking. I also use purified water, unsweetened almond milk, and dairy-free butter when cooking old fashioned oats. After I cook oatmeal, I put a little bit more dairy-free butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar to give a good tasteππ₯π§π₯£
