I looked at google but it says it is around 115 ml …
But with so much vinegar it literally only tastes like vinegar…

I make a Lentil Soup "smoothie"…it’s smooth alright, but tastes kinda weird. Still working on the taste. 400g of lentils, tons of water, salt, 100-200ml of oil (optional) plus all the veggies you can find in the fridge. 1200-2400 calories, 80+g of protein. It becomes about 2-3L of liquid mess you have to gulp down through the day, but way easier for bulking. It’s very easy to digest. Just remember to eat other things too for the remainder of calories you need. Tried with Red Beans too, It’s pretty much the same recipe, and actually tastes a bit better. It goes bad really fast, so gotta drink it withing a day. After day 2 it starts to go bad even in the fridge. Just remember to eat other things too for the remainder of calories you need.

I’d try to limit ginger to 2 or 3 small pieces.. too much ginger can cause stomach ulcers..
