Thanks for the content shared, almost halfway there and begin to feel the benefits. I started the last challenge but didn’t get through it, this one is really great for beginners who are either busy or lazy and don’t mind to replicate although we can still get creative at some point (and also for people who don’t have access to the same variety of greens) 👍👍👍
Im new to your channel! I just wanted to ask can you make enough smoothies for 5-7 days and refrigerate.I heard you loose nutritional value,then again if I dont make it thst way I might not eat any at all! Lol! I work two jobs,I’m just trying to figure out how to suceed .

Hey, I learned a trick to peel a frozen banana 🍌. You cut the peel on the long side and than you peel it by side , instead of up to down. It’s very easier.

Sergei, I love my daily smoothies and finished my 30 days and I’m about 2 weeks passed and still going. My body feels better but have actually gained weight. Any idea what may be causing the weight gain? I’ve even started putting less fruit to cut the sugar. Thoughts? Suggestions?

I discovered your channel a couple of months ago, but have just started really exploring your content. I started the green smoothie challenge today, and I’m excited to see how it will go. I watched your Powered By Green Smoothies movie and the smoothie challenge from 2 years ago. It has convinced me that this might be the answer to many or all of my health problems. I’m determined to do the full 30 days, and I’ll check in again when I’m done. I’ve tried green smoothies – even own a vitamix – but I don’t think my recipes were very healthy. They had a lot of ingredients that ended up bothering me, and I gave up. I’m excited to try your recipes.

My husband and I are on day 5 of the original challenge now but I may steal a few recipes from this video since I’ve been doubling everything anyway since we are two people! I know you insist to "still eat food" but honestly, I am so full after the first half of smoothie and the last half around dinner that I’ve not felt the need to eat anything other than a nice lunch! Really excited to see how my body reacts to this -hoping to lose some weight but I’m already feeling energized and that’s really huge in and of itself! I’m not "afraid of fruit" but since I’ve done other portion control diets such as the fruit where your fruits are limited I’ve struggled to modify things but you’re totally right- if it’s not delicious its not going to get eaten.

Great video lots of information tips was very help full n I didn’t know that eating the same greens can have a harmful effect on the body. We all are never to old to learn. I will be doing this smoothie also add some tropical fruits n vegs that grow in my country. Keep up the super great job. Sergei, I’ve seen your wild edibles. How do I wash them? What if there is bird poop residue or any trace of Ecoli on the leaves/plants? Do I just rinse in water?
I did the 1st one back in 2020. I felt really good as a result I did feel better, and glad I did it, and since I have been benefitted and since then I try to incorporate Green smoothies, but I think I have added protein powder to them and I have noticed my weight loss has stalled, however do you think it would be okay to add occasionally Dates to the smoothies? and Hemp seeds? Pls Advise
Some nutricients claim that one shouldnt mix lots of fruits. They say that it is better to eat the seperately because of chemical reactions. Obviously you are doing fine but could you make a comment? Thank you. Keep up the great life – mission your are doing. Enjoy!!
Thank you for your videos. I saw your Big Ass Salad video and I’ve fallen off the smoothie wagon so I thought this might motivate me! My basic recipe is 2 handfuls if greens, a celery stalk, a carrot, a banana, 2 other fruits, +/- herbs, 1 cup plain unsweetened plant milk and ice if the fruit is fresh. I add hemp or some other healthy seed too. I’m still watching to see how your recipes compare! Thank you though, great content and philosophy 🙂
Will this green smoothie help with overall body aches and low energy. I’m finally working on losing weight. I feel like crap and I’ve started to eat clean but I’m going to add this 30 day green smoothie challenge. Have you had experience with people reporting green smoothies lowering inflammation? I have took a massive interest in Ur videos because I would really like to do the 30-day challenge. the only problem is as I watched all your videos most of the item to have is organic I am from laois in Ireland and we don’t have many organic stuff here just wondering would I get the same benefits from everyday stuff rather than organic as well as that how often do I swap and change my greens thanks mate love the videos as I said bud best wishes 🤜🤛

My biggest problem I think was that I was making the same smoothie every day. What I love about your 30 day challenge is that you demonstrate how to make a new smoothie every day, taking away the boredom associated with having the same smoothie every day. I gave my husband a grocery list for fruits and leafy greens to buy on his way home. I’m excited to start on my quest for health because I have some serious illnesses. I don’t have a Vita Mix so I hope I can blend the produce smoothly enough.
Back after an hour: my regular blender didn’t do such a great job. I then put the juice into my Ninja blender (which works super well for plain fruit smoothies) and it’s a bit smoother but still not as smooth as the ones you make. I sure hope I can get it down.
Tomorrow I’ll add more fruit to the almost pint of the green juice that was leftover and see what it’s like.
I don’t like Costco apples because they taste like the sulfur that’s used to keep them fresh.
What size jars do you use.

I blend my frozen bananas with the peel. There’s tons of nutrients in the peels. I also don’t peel oranges for that reason also.
Why do I have to drink a litre a day, that seems a little too much. Can’t I do a glass a day?

kinda like dr. suess green eggs and ham, i suppose. ive gotten turned off by my green smoothies, before too.
I’ve just started using a vacuum blender. Much better if you plan on making smoothies in advance … prevents excessive oxidisation
