Reason I am scared of vegtabel and fruit mostly fruit is because of I have read of lot of thing too much fruit does… Example.. Fruit can cause fatty liver and in my my mind if it effects one organ then it going to start effecting other part of your body and make you gain weight or sick or give you diabetes and my mind overthink so much and am person who loves fruit and vegetables but past years I try to stear clear of lot of suger even natrul sugar my daily in take is +/-23g and mostly it of natural sugars…..and I feel I have degree of intolerance of natural sugar because I get bloated

My type 2 Diabetics came to an end after using the natural herbs medication which I ordered from Dr Igudia on his YouTube channel. The herbs medication was indeed very effective and helpful.
I’m not impressed about the credentialed remark. There is a lot of bull crap info coming from “credentialed” people. A lot of bull crap over many years from dieticians who are part of the industrial medical complex. Like for example that saturated fat is bad for you and should be strictly limited. Go read the studies on pubmed. Lots of current ones saying no correlation between sat fat and heart disease or anything else. Bet that’s not what is being taught in dietician school.
There are registered dietitians that like keto and low carb. I’ve followed their blogs before.
So being a dietician doesn’t rule out being duped by the crooked greedy medical system they’re part of .
If you follow real scientists, ones who aren’t biased and don’t say what they are supposed to you learn that the body does need glucose unlike low carb advocates say, and starving your body of it causes hormone imbalances, causes cortisol to go up and thyroid function to go down and long term promotes weight gain. Studies show that fruit improves glycemic control and weight. I read studies on pubmed. It’s a lot more reliable I think than simply listening to any “experts” or gurus.
I eat a freaking tons of banana every single day because bananas here are super cheap and i binge fruit every time i stress out and that why im here cuz im worried fruits will make me fat becuase they said its about calories in and calories out and i can eat a freaking 500 cal of bananas in one setting

First off, she makes the brain-dead and arrogant argument many people make that only experts, or people who have some kind of advanced degree are the only people that understand reality. If this were the case, all experts would agree, and their ideas would be accepted and effective. As anybody with half a brain understands, this is completely untrue. We get a myriad of doctors, officials, experts, nutritionists, etc. who completely have different ideas about what is healthy, good to eat, etc. who give completely different advice, some of which work sometimes, and some which don’t. What they are trying to convince you is that since they are the expert, and therefore smarter than you, and have a superior intellect to you and you should believe them because they are just better than you.

This is the truth: Fruit contains fructose, and it’s role in nature is to help animals and humans gain weight to help survive the winter where food is scarce. Fruit does make animals gain weight in nature, and it can help humans gain weight. Fructose is the nutrient that causes this, so fruit CAN make some people fat if they eat too much of it.
As a rule, I rarely listen to young people give advice about nutrition, especially young women. They get their degrees from college, and what they learn is the same old failed advice the government, medical establishment and the media push that keep us sick, and keep us buying their treatments and make them trillions…

I also cannot keep weight on, I used to think fruit was bad for you when I was a low carb believer in my 30’s, but I experimented myself and discovered I was lied to for many years. If you are scared of fruit, you are missing out!

Keto allowed fruits such as berries are usually okay, so a cup of them a day may be okay if you’re trying to lose weight, but others such as bananas for example, although may not be as bad as a can of soda, does raise blood sugar and can lead to weight gain just as eating too many refined carbs and candy can.

Where I agree fruit shugars ate better than refined and fake shugars to still be mindful of your health. My grandma went fruitarian for years an now is diabetic, you gotta make sure your doing it right an mindful of getting all the nutrients you need that you’d normally get from outher foods.
I eat several servings of fruit a day and I have normal BMI. I used to be overweight, but that was before eating more fruit and adopting a mostly whole foods, plant-based diet. Usually I eat berries, but I also eat tamarind, kiwi, or bananas as well.

My diabetic body cannot differentiate between fructose or any other form of ‘natural’ sugar. Sorry, Yes it can make you fat.
I think it’s better to eat low glycemic index fruits (or any food with low G.I., actually…)
