    Nag try din ako ngayon ayoko na nauumay ako sa itlog at taba 😅
    Naisip ko yung mga ninuno namin like yung tatay ng lola ko namatay sya 106 y.o mahilig lang sa gulay isda kumbaga balance diet lang talaga ..
    Tulad nung mga matatanda sa ilocos na na future sa documentary ang sekreto lang nila ay balance diet lang ilocano mahilig sa gulay ..

    carbs is okay but in limits Im also from keto diet but doctor said this is not for me. I need to intake a portion of rice but take aways fasfood that the real killing us

    Finally someone spoke about it ❤️ i needed to hear this. Hndi ako nag keKETO pero pumapayat parin ako. And for me KETO is not sustainable and a good lifestyle change. Even models eat a healthy balanced diet and they eat carbs moderately ❤️

    If ur goal is not losing weight but ur mean goal is healthy life style continue ur low carbs, sweet foods are vitamins for cancer cells, and also the sweets are the main cause of fatty liver….. Ur goal must be a healthy life style to avoid illness…..

  15. I agree with you sis.. ako naka keto pero hindi super strict, I still eat all the fruits. I eat quinoa & shiratake as a rice replacement, if gusto ko ng bread, cakes, icecream.. gumagawa ako ng sarili kong keto version, mahilig kasi ako magluto, kaya walang problem nakakapag bake ako ng same or even much better tasting desserts. Tama ka hindi xa pwde kapag tamad at walang discipline. Meron akong cheat day once a week para sa ma food na gusto ko kainin pero tinatamad akong gawin. Kasi ayaw ko naman tumaas ang level ng cortisol ko kasi hindi rin maganda ang sobrang strict sa diet. I will still stick to this low carb, high fat diet, kasi I have PCOS and iba tlaga effect ng rice katawan ko. Tuwing kakain ako ng rice kinabukasan may pimples agad.. Ang rules ko lang is KETO ako sa bahay pero pag lumabas aq kinakalimutan q na keto ako kasi I want to enjoy the moment.. maiksi lang ang buhay kung puro bawal mastress lang aq at masama sa may PCOS ang na-sstress.. Salamat sa keto at naibalik nya ang period ko at talagang need ko xa imaintain pati discipline.

    Ok lang nman yan,kung healthy ka pa nman,kainin mo pa din yung gusto mo kainin bsta moderate lang,ako nag try ako ngayon dhil may fatty liver ako,napakahirap nga kasi pati saging bawal iniisip ko kung saan ako kukuha ng potassium

    I do keto for health reasons I do lazy and dirty keto and to me that’s sustainable. I reversed my diabetes on keto lifestyle and don’t find it expensive as I do intermittent fasting n do two meals a day

    Siguro kung ang pagdadiet mo ay is just for pagpapayat lang tAma ka but if kung ikaw ay diabetic malaking tulong ang life without carb so keto diet.tama ka din ikaw lang mismo nakakaalam ng katawan mo so everything adjustment is depend on you………

    I feel you.It’s really hard to control cravings.I’m in a keto diet right now and it’s super hard to maintain.That is why I’ve decided to eat carbs or foods that I love but minimal.Thank you for sharing your thoughts.Keto is not for me

    I love how transparent and real you are. It’s all about discipline and we all should listen to what our body says. Ketogenic diet is amazing and we have to accept the fact that it’s not for everyone. You hit it right off the bat when you said about sustainability.

    i like your vlog po..pang 6 days pa lang ako nag start mag exercise..lagi puyat dati kasi may insomia ako kaya di magawa yung household chores ng maayos. Portion control lang talaga..dati every other day puro ako milktea tapos kahit madaling araw kain ako ng kain..hehe..lowcarbs lang talaga at portion control..sometimes i skip rice pero every other day..sweeth tooth po kasi ako mahilig ako sa desserts. hindi naman po ako makanin na tao..pero sa mga cakes chcolates milktea at kung ano ano pa dessert yun ang di ko maiwasan..😁..

    no sugar+ intermittent fasting + limited amount of food. sa tingin ko yung tao talaga hindi naman ma perfect yung nutrients nla pero pag alam mo naman anong dapat mong iwasan in long run kahit matanda ka na, cguro less likely ikamamatay mo heart disease,cancer, liver failure diabetes.

    Actually I’ve been planning to go keto.. used to do high-protein-low carb and iF diet due to weight training. It’s been good and effective, but I just want to lose stubborn fats so that’s why i wanna try this out for few months.. and these diet doesn’t seem to work much for that. and by that time I’ve reached my goal by keto which is to shred my stubborn arm fats etc, I’ll go switch to my previous diet: for i know strict no carbs isn’t for me too..

    Basta ako happy na sa LCD ko kasi hindi na ako nag ti take ng gamot para sa diabetis ko. Im 63 years old na at takot akong magkaroon ng complication. Di nman kelangan na mahal ang bibilhan mo na low carb food. This Feb. 1, 1 month na ako on LCD.

    Nagketo ako before then 2 days Lang Ayaw ko na Kasi namamigraine ako Kasi sariling gawa Lang ung keto ko, namimili ako sa S&r ng mga pangketo inaabot ako 25k for 2weeks food ko pero ndi padin sapat, dapat tlg ung pagkeketo is May kasamang nutritionist na magsasabe sayo kung Ano gagawin mo at kung Ano ang menu na pwede sayo and right now magdecide ulit magketo and order ako sa ketos of manila mas nakamura ako inabot ako almost 15k lng , nagdedeliver sila ng food everyday package na un .. ndi sya mabigat sa bulsa Kasi mas mahal kapag ikaw gumawa .. ngayon inabot nako ng 2 weeks and masaya ako Kasi nagtest ako kestosis nako ambilis ng effect sakin from 45 kilos to 40 kilos agad, mabilis din Kasi mabilis din metabolism ko lalo I don’t eat rice Anymore and I am very happy .. kaya don’t give up on keto

    agree at tunay lahat ng sinabi niyo.magastos po iyan,lalo sa low income person or may family to feed,sad to say out na sila.wasak ang budget big true.
    daanin nalang sa bawas kain or intermittent fasting,exercise.at elliminate sodas,sweets, etc.pagkain nalang,spend wisely.👌

    Sakto ka naman.. pero keto is not just about the diet itself.. it is testing also your patience kung ano ka talaga pagdating sa pagkain.. or are you really willing to forget the unhealthy lifestyle.. ako nagkeketo ako.. pero walang karne kasi di ako fan nang karne.. at sa totoo lang mga simpleng gulay lang okay na yun.. my aim is for the health .. hindi sa appettite..at saka marami nang natulungan ang keto o low carb na practices.. kailangan rin sa keto ang tamang edukasyon dito sa mga purposes..

    1month of doing keto… Tama nga ang mind ko is after a certain period kakainin ko na kinakain ko noon 😊 pero in moderation nalang cguro and paminsan minsan i just want to give myself a try kung kaya ko talaga pumayat pero sa totoo lang babalik pa din ako sa pagkain na mga gusto ko 😊 and wala ko prob dun ganyan din gusto ko happy lang kain lang saka nalang ulet magpapaganda ng katawan madami pa naman time

    THIS IS VERY ON POINT! I’m doing Keto diet & IF now and ang masasabi ko lng is it’s not for everyone. It’s ok to try Keto, oo madali siya makapayat but it’s not sustainable like what she said. Somehow expensive kasi alam mo naman sa pinas, pag mas healthy and food, mas mahal. Hindi din readily available lahat sa groceries. Also, tama din ung sinabi niya na medyo nakakaaffect siya ng mental health (for me) kasi nagiging stressful yung lagi kang conscious sa kinakaen mo. Nawawalan ka ng joy and excitement sa food kasi ang iniisip mo parate bawal to bawal yan. so instead of consistently doing Keto, minsan ng LC nalang ako kasi hindi masyado nakakapressure. Ang ultimately nakakapressure sa totoo lang is ung IBANG group na ang OA mag advice, para bang pag may kinaen ka na hindi pasok sa Keto is ijjudge ka. Anyways, un lang masasabi ko. I respect your opinion Ms. Kay dahil you’re not afraid to tell yung totoo.

    buti ako nakayanan ko sa una mahirap din talaga ma maintain agad, after 1 mos. of keto nagtimbang ako from 93 to 87 kilos, and now mejo sanay nadin lagpas 1 mos. nadin magaling din kasi nag mentor at nag motivate saken mag keto diet 😊
