This is the absolute worst advice I think I’ve ever heard. Eat 5-6 times per day and your body creates insulin each time which causes insulin resistance which causes you to gain weight. If you’re trying to lose weight, you can’t eat fruit for a while or anything sweet. Don’t eat snacks. Try time restricted eating IF intermittent fasting. 16/8 is very easy. Basically skip a meal, usually breakfast. Lose weight faster with 1 meal a day. Eat real food as much as possible. Go for organic, non-GMO, grass-fed, etc as much as possible. You don’t have to choose between losing weight and getting healthy. Remember, doctors don’t really learn much nutrition in school.
