When I ate 3 meals/day of an American diet in high school, I weighed my heaviest, about 125lbs (5’5"). To be clear: IF I had continued eating that standard diet we were all programmed for, I would now be obese, doubtless!
5 yrs later, a friend gave me a book, The Mucusless Diet Healing System, by A. Ehret, I believe, and I decided to clean out by fasting for 2-3 days, then just ate fruit & vegeys for about 2 yrs; then included fish & chicken. I stayed at 115 lbs for 4 decades, and very healthy. Now, just fish and fruit, vegeys and a bit of brown rice, cruising at 105, a bit below the BMI Index, but super healthy w/ ridiculous energy. I LOVE food, but my focus is enjoying life with food being the "Cherry on my Life." Food is the most amazing GIFT to be experienced…I Reiki my food and give gratitude for every precious bite. Big benefit: when you eat the best fuel your body deserves, it stops craving poisons, like caffeine, alcohol, fats, tobacco, chemical additives, etc, etc.😊

1. Black pepper and peanut butter
2. Milk and peanut butter
3. Milk and sugar

Great video; eating a healthy diet (fresh fruits and Veges, lean meat, and avoid processed foods) plus walking every day (10,000 steps or more) worked for me.
this is how i could lose 7 or more kilos in 1 week .It is brutal and unhealthy diet but it worked fast……
i only drink water and eat 1 apple or tomato or i eat salad and i didnt use any oil at all and if i was forced to eat something full of calories i would imediatelly after i eat go and workout so hard 1/2 hourus to sweat to make it go out of me trought sweat
don’t ask me how could i do it because i was weird back then ..and i was masochist so i liked to do that to myself and to be honest i loved to feel hungry ,you know why 😖🤭🤮
Something that I felt was very helpful for your motivation is instead of exorcising to lose weight find an activity you really love then loose weight to do better in that activity
this video should have waaaay more views, it is by far the most detailed and comprehensive one, not to mention positive in the best of ways! Also I appreciate the drawing so much, that takes a lot of work!
There is a thing! Now most of us humans getting a lot of nutrients and holding on to so much things so we are having more desires! Having more exceptions! More weight gain and more health problems and depression! So if you just wanna be happy then just eat less or try intermittent fasting! It might really help you if you got overnutrition!

Nothing is guaranteed to make you lose weight. Sometimes eating better makes people gain weight (weird body reaction to diet change)
