I’m 62 and I’ve been Vegan for 9+ years. You omitted Vegan sources of fat, seeds, nuts, avocado, etc. from your video. These are plant based healthy fats! Protein can be a concern; (I’m a gym rat too) however, they do make Organics Plant Based Protain Powders. I also take a vitamin B12 supplement, as this is the 1 thing you need and do not get from a plant-based diet.

Not true!! The human body was not made to eat veg, fruits and meat from the beginning of time. When God made mankind the diet was grains, vegetables and fruits. It’s after sin God gave us mankind meat to eat and He told us what kind of animals to eat. So our bodies is able to go back to eating the original diet from creation and hold strong. Man just want to push whatever benefits them in making A lot of money.
Eating food raw is fine at times. Veggies should be eaten with appropriate cooking of the same. Gourds & pumpkins are even more good veggies when eaten with appropriate cooking. There are root, shoot, climber and tree grown vegetables and should be had throughout the month to assimilate wide range of nutrients.

I would like to say human have not eaten meat since the beginning of time because we are frugivores because of our 32ft intestinal tract which then fermentates and does not putifie which is not for meat because meat rot
This diet didn’t slow my metabolism I lost 2 lbs a day
I am a vegan.
I eat grains, beans, bread, pasta, fruit vegs.
It’s not " just fruits and vegies.

B12 is a big problem, claiming to be eating planet based food but taking pills to supplement the lack of nutrients is ridiculous.
