Coming from someone who has major stomach problems, I agree with the dried fruit note, but not so much the fruit juice. If anything, fruit juice is easier to digest than whole fruit. But thats just my personal experience.

WHO (World Health Organization) recommends 2.5%-5% of a person’s diet to be protein-based. That’s it! Plants have more than enough protein in them to sustain you. Don’t believe the propaganda of the meat and dairy industry, it is a multi-billion dollar industry that has strong ties to policies and laws passed in DC, which has direct effect on what children learn in school about nutrition. It’s political. You can’t get political with fruits and vegetables.
Vegans gorge themselves on fruit and have the lowest cholesterol levels, lowest blood sugar levels, lowest blood pressure levels, lowest risk of diabetes, when compared w/ vegetarians and meat-eaters. Look it up, it’s in clinical studies. Carbohydrates are your friends. Vegans are also LEAN. Paleo people gain weight long-term.
I’m LOLing at "big wet bags of candy" to describe fruit. This coming from the Bulletproof guy, who uses steroids and stimulants to keep himself energized because he is heavily restricting his carbs and calories, and says to put BUTTER in your coffee. Butter aka cholesterol sticks full of saturated fat. Please someone, tell me how is that healthy?? "Nah nah, fruits aren’t healthy, they’re full of sugar! But here, put this butter in your coffee"…
Why is dried fruit bad? Oh, it has no water in it? SOOO go drink some water while you’re eating dried fruit! A 3-yr old can figure this out. The logic just isn’t there, this poor guy is under-carbed and his brain is running low on sweet sweet glucose (which, by the way, is the exclusive nutrient used by the brain), making him say silly things.
Also, he has the raccoon eyes that are commonly found in people following paleo diet.
There are many factors in fat reduction – exercise, diet, motivation etc.
But probably the most important is actually creating the meals you have appealling so you wont be attracted to keep having additional food as well. One plan I discovered that successfully does this is the Paleo Secret Blueprint (check it out on google) without a doubt the no.1 paleo ideas i’ve seen. Check out all the photos and awesome recipes

Best fruit – figs!! I agree juicing is not good, too high in sugar. I make smoothies with whole fruits so I keep all the vitamins, nutrients, and fiber. Its still the whole fruits, but in a blender to make a thick smoothie. People who juice are getting too much sugar and missing the fiber and the nutrients from the peels and fleshy parts of the fruit.
My computer research has shown which nothing beats this paleo program. Type “loso shocking plan” on Google and open up the links. During your research, you`ll find yourself delving into weight reduction. Already, I have dropped Fifteen pounds. The book has a wide selection of kinds of recipes. I have tried out a lot of the recipes and they are scrumptious!
I love Mango and Chirimoya. usually Im not a fruit eater but with those fruit I cant eat just a slice of it. good for me that cant have it all the year. just for one season

Yes, fruit juice is HIGHLY glycemic and will spike your blood sugar. Eat the whole fruit. For many people, fruit should be eaten between meals and not with other foods.
I have on a white lab coat, and I agree with your fruit juice advice/opine, but not re: dried fruit. Ridiculous. One doesn’t (or shouldn’t) gorge on dried fruits–it’s a snack, and a healthy one, if one isn’t a total pig about it. High fiber plus laxative action, lots of good enzymes and nutrition, plus can be used IN PLACE of sugar in many meals or dishes (esp. like OATMEAL, etc.). ‘Losing out’ on water can be remedied by actually drinking some. big deal..

The title should be, "two forms of fruit you should Never Eat" to be more accurate. That said, I slightly disagree. If you are "juicing" (making your own juice), especially by adding veggies, I think you’re fine. Lots of folks have successfully fought cancer that way. Also, there is a "MAJOR" difference between drinking (let’s say) Orange Juice from a store that has been pasteurized with all of the healthy enzymes cooked out of it and stored in plastic containers verses grabbing a couple of oranges and juicing them (peel and all). It may not be perfectly paleo, but healthy none the less. That doesn’t mean folks should juice all fruit either. People need fiber for health too. Everything in balance. When doing your vids, provide more info as to why and the health benefits of doing something. And maybe give examples of healthier ways to drink juice if they are going to. Teach.
