  1. How to gain weight when i do paleo diet? I’m planning to do it.

  2. laralily1999 Lara Maljevac says: July 30th, 2022 at 3:26 am

Paleo seems perfect for me . I’m intolerant to wheat dairy soy and egg, so my gut is completely wrecked . Even grains effect me . I’ll eat sushi or porridge and I get the worst headaches and bloat . I think paleo needs to be talked about more. And spread around the dietitian community so that people aren’t eating sandwichs for lunch every day . πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Isn’t this diet mostly just eating real, whole foods as opposed to processed crap? The reason I’m interested in this diet is because I love fruit. I looked into keto and the type of fruits allowed, while delicious, is just not varied enough. I can give up soda, processed sugar, dairy, candy, bread and baked goods, as long as I have fruit to assuage the sweet tooth. I know, giving up sweets is kind of the point, but I’m 50 and I have been on many, many, many diets over the years and I know exactly where my weaknesses are. My sweet tooth is one of them. Gotta have access to fruit.

My question, to anyone that knows anything about this diet, is: Is coffee and tea allowed? I know water is a must, but giving up sugar AND caffeine at the same time may be a bridge too far. Btw, while I do like cream and sugar in my coffee, I drink tea completely unsweetened.

  4. Thanks for this!

I want to do this. Doing whole 30 I will probably still eat white potatoes, when I end the whole 30 and transition to paleo.

I think I might prefer this than the keto diet. It will most likely help with my inflammation. And I usually don’t eat dairy anyways. Once in a while but not often and I noticed when I do, I have problems.

I been looking for a diet that works for me and my household. This really lines up to the way I shop.i shop farmsmarkets and grass feed meats. I just not a fan of those diets that have you on their food of process so call healthy food. That cost alot. So happy I found this channel. Do you have recipes for make healthy bars?

I’m celiac and I think I’d feel so much better just going full paleo! But I keep getting SIBO and have to be cautious with it returning. I love eating lots of vegetables, but SIBO limits me. Working away from home most of the day, I’m not sure if there’s enough things I can eat…

  37. Sean Marshall says: July 30th, 2022 at 4:00 am

Very nicely done – informative and balanced, thanks. I guess i have to wonder….50,000 years ago where where these people living? The garden of Eden? I’m sure they wouldn’t they have been β€˜let’s cut all the fat out of our meat – we want β€˜low fat meat’ or where would they get a big range of fruit and vegetables in Africa/America/Europe? They would have been restricted to what grew in that small region in that season. I doubt there would have been much selection in most areas.

Why are peanuts not good on this diet?

  39. Ophelia Paign says: July 30th, 2022 at 4:02 am

A paleo-like diet is perfect for me. I’m lactose intolerant and have a gastric condition that prohibits breads/grains/wheat from my diet (not Celiac’s disease), so this is the type of diet I follow. I do eat potatoes, though. Thanks for this video.

  44. I’m new to dieting and what I thought I did was keto, it was actually paleo. So I think I’m going to stick with this diet rather than keto. Thank you for this helpful video ❀️

Can I do a 80/20 paleo diet? Can I use whey protein to my shakes?

  48. Seema Rawal says: July 30th, 2022 at 4:20 am

If a dairy product like milk is turned into curd ,it becomes a probiotic food so good for the gut ,then cottage cheese made from souring of milk is good source of calcium ,dairy products re great if consumed in moderation and in different manners like an Indian desert called kheer is made by thickening of milk by continuous stirring ,garnished with dry fruits great for bones ,its so tasty ,i think one should ve dairy products as a must in daily consumption and not go overboard which applies to other food items also
