I do this and in my opinion this has got nothing to do with this beautiful girl she is just gorgeous by the way and it’s from a lot of people but I think sometimes they get so in their head about eating that’s all they think about is eating so they get where they think they’re starving where if you look up starving they’re really not starving they just changing the way they’re eating and they’re cutting back and what they’re eating and they’re cutting back on the way they’re eating but with vegetables there are so many different things you can do with vegetables so many different ways of cooking them and you can add fruit right in them and she has some big plates of food too so for what she lost seven pounds and she ate a good amount of food she did great but people should always worry about the food like she wanted those french fries then have them one serving is not going to kill you. But yes eat lots of fruits and vegetables that’s what I do I don’t eat no meat and I don’t even think about it sometimes about eating my food not intentionally but I don’t come absorbed about that oh I forgot to eat or I’m starving I’m starving I’m starving and I’m really not I think a lot of water too and I think that helps and it’s not because of that I just like drinking water but I like to do my way it’s just eating my fruits and vegetables on my times and not think about it all the time and if I do go out to eat which is very seldom I’ll get a vegetable stir fry or a salad and it all comes out so you’re not really starving yourself by just eating fruits and vegetables you’re getting more than what you think and kudos to you young lady you did great 7 lb wow

So weird. I was the opposite. I had so much energy. I do fruits in morning and veggies in the evening. Avocados and veggies at night.
