All the comment here somehow made me thinking, haven’t any of you ever eat fruit regularly? Like, 3-4 times in a months maybe? How come u guys get so many symptoms ???
I’ve been eating only fruits and vegetables for the last 10 days I’ve lost 7.5 pounds.
Edit: it’s been 2 months now and I’ve lost 14 pounds..I’ve been hitting the gym so I gained some weight in muscle.
I was 6’2 220 lbs before my new diet and now I’m sitting at 6’2 207 lbs
Doesn’t sound like you were in the right place mentally to be doing something this drastic. Maybe start eating vegetarian first, then vegan, then raw vegan, then fruitarian.
I generally skip evening meals with mixed fruits salad (like cucumber, watermelon, carrot, red cabbage mixed with little black salt) since last few days. I had food poison 3 days ago and had frequent visit to bathroom all night. I then only stick to fruit salad for 2 days. I felt much better and now I am returning to blend food this morning.
your intestines would bubble and churn from mixing tomatoes and avocado thats a horrible mixture!!! one takes much longer to digest the other digests instantly
I didn’t like your inference one bit. You probably miss took your body fixing itself from the junk you’ve been having all your life to be side effects of only fruit diet.
I may be wrong. I’ll do this for a week and make a vlog. Let’s see
I just finished 31 days of high watery fruits only! The first few days detox symptoms after that I felt fantastic!!! Lost weight and inches, clarity, energy and great mood! Definitely a wonderful detox!
I’m starting today for one month.

More than likely your fruit diet was helping to clean out your digestive system. Which is why you were going to the rest room so much.
Eating Fruit is a Detoxifying step. You have to eat veggies and herbs with it.

I think you’ll find that olive oil is not a fruit. Nor is cucumber. So clearly you couldn’t eat only fruit even for just one day!

Tried it, had to rush to 🚽 often, plus I didn’t feel hungry, I added liquid diet..

When I drink a fruit smoothie for breakfast, I get hungrier than usual.

You have to be careful when you’re doing a fruit diet you really have to already be eating close to healthy before you just change your diet.
That sounds terrible for your health. You’ll lose a lot of muscle because of protein deficiency.
If you trying to detox this is the best thing you could do but for a longer period
