    This specific “loso shocking plan” paleo program (Google it) was such an easy method for me to get rid of Fourteen pounds in the short 14 days I have been following it. It took me almost one hour to find 2 pages of healthy and enticing recipes I want to try.

    I find that I don’t have the blood sugar issues if I keep my meat low. I switched to 10% of calories from meat, 90% from fruits and vegetables and I had no blood sugar issues whatsoever. But if I go 50/50 my blood sugar goes out of whack. I think the vegans are right when they say that animal foods cause insulin resistance.
