True. Only a few fruit are ok for keto, the most not. A diebetic understand this very well. They need insul for everything apart for fat, protein and cheese.

I eat bananas, grapes, avocado, apples, blueberries, pineapple, oranges, mango, and strawberries. At first I went crazy, and gobbled them down, to replace the sugar. I see now that I should have these things in moderation since the glucose is going to the liver.
Just started. I will keep on going until three months. Would like to know what to do/what to start eating when going off keto to be nice to my stomach. And how to manage what I lost so as not to gain back. Due to physical pain, I do not do exerting exercises. Thank you for sharing and helping us out.
Fruits are my favorite foods. I will eat a little daily… With fasting. When I am ready to go extremely low on carbohydrates.. I will count the carbohydrates etc

I always find funny all this type of discussion against fruits, my grandma is 101 years old and she eat fruits lol.
