    Hello Thomas. Are you able to speak to why a T2D’s ketone levels can get to 8.0 and higher (blood sugar consistently around 100-110) and if that means they’re headed to ketoacidosis?

    True. Only a few fruit are ok for keto, the most not. A diebetic understand this very well. They need insul for everything apart for fat, protein and cheese.

    I am using Ketoscan breath keto analyzer. What level of ppm is considered too high? It says over 40 ppm you’re into "ketoacidosis" and is bad. Is that true?

    I eat bananas, grapes, avocado, apples, blueberries, pineapple, oranges, mango, and strawberries. At first I went crazy, and gobbled them down, to replace the sugar. I see now that I should have these things in moderation since the glucose is going to the liver.
