    I’ve been doing this for 7 days now and I already lost 10lbs. Very awesome stuff! I am also juicing with celery juice everyday too. I also have a ton of energy everyday. I’m thankful I gave up the meat. I feel awful when I eat meat and feel super depressed and fatigued. Its garbage. No more eating death for me.

    Guys, Just count your calories.. in this lockdown I lost around 10Kg in 2 months and it’s stable… I went quiet extreme with diet but dint follow everyday.
    I had only 1000 Calories a day. If hungry after consuming 1000 Calories, I’ll have Cucumber/Carrot till my tummy gets filled.
    Trust me, Watch your intake and you’ll lose weight. Check your weight everyday that what inspired me… I was 84 by end of Feb…. 72 by mid of May.
