I have a question: grapefruit has great benefits but high amounts of sugar. Can I get away with eating only half (80-100g), 3-4 days a week, while looking to not eat other fruits?
Keto is expensive some of us don’t work.All the fruits and vegetables that are keto friendly are expensive in my country than those that are not,street vendors are cheaper and they have most of the fruits and veggies that are not recommended in keto.On top of everything add all these grass-fed protein one is supposed to have and organic food,I’m laughable. ☺I’m better of just doing prolonged fasts and trying my best to eat as healthy as my means allow when i do eat.🤷♀️
I know he just talks and talks and talks .. doesn’t even give an answer there are so many others DOCTORS that actually give you an answer I cringe when I type in a subject and see him
Just had cabbages with olive oil and onion with raw tomato plus and egg first with acv then had banana topped with cinnamon and cocoa with cashews and almonds plus watermelon hope I stay in ketosis …I don’t even know what to start with tomorrow….amy helppppp?????????????🥺?
6:47 ..His wrong because if you eat carbs or sugar at night your body will store that easier and turn it to fat because u will be going to sleep and you are not using it as energy infact the worst time to eat carbs is at night….the best time to eat carbs is definitly in the morning because your body will use it as energy throughout the day….eating fruits in morning is healthy for your digestion as well because fruits have certain bacterial ezymes that is good for your gut because thats why they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day because your gut is waking up as well……….this 3 guy has 3 million subscribers lol
If there are more buses isn’t it better to eat the fruit then? Not that much obviously. But how do you absorb the benefits of fruits not just get away with eating the fruit at night

So, why eat it if you don’t adsorb the vitamins and minerals? I mean that’s why I’m asking this question. I want the benefit from it. Oh well….more research
Hi I have injured my L4 L5 disk now technically I can’t run I can only walk to so I can’t do much exercise so only consume right food only help me to lose weight do you have anything that help me ??

I’ve watch many videos on fasting around the world. in India they are big on fruit fasting. Eating nothing but fruit thats organic, in season and locally available between long periods of fasting. They say it works because nothing gets digested by the body faster than fruit. I’m tempted to try but do you think that sounds correct or reasonable?
If you want to lose fat, you shouldn’t compromise your well-being with the ketogenic diet. I recommend getting a personalized diet. I’ve had great success with the *Agoge diet* for example.
If you ask me, keto is not for most people. It is just really hard to follow and you feel exhausted. But the Agoge diet on the other hand feels great, and it works too.

Sometimes I just crave a few frozen berries and cream or Greek Yogurt. Now I feel better about that.
