I would definitely sacrifice a kiwi for 7 net carbs because of all the vitamins an other good stuff it’s packed with (I would look it up it’s too much to type)
I never see fresh PINEAPPLE mentioned on a KETO fruit list…as good or bad?!
Pineapples keep my inflammation DOWN when I use it as a dessert with a little heavy CREAM on top about 1X per week. ❤

Berries are fine, but Keto is so limited re fruits and veggies. How can one sustain this when there is so little variety? No squash, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, carrots. I was hoping this diet would help with inflammation as well, but I see red meats and night shade veggies being recommended and these are highly inflammatory as are tomatoes. Have made my own keto bread, and this is nothing like sprouted grain bread. Have made almond flour and coconut flour bread and the taste is drab. Not sure if I can hang in there for long.
Breakfast for me is red raspberries and black coffee. I’m Type II diabetic, so my daily calories are very low. I also have HBP, so I only drink three cups is medium brew joe per day. I’m new to this, but it’s working nicely. Already down 18 lbs in one month. Wish me luck 🍀

I know all fruit is suppose to be low glycemic. Why is their a "bad fruit" list at all? I stay away from refined surge and corn syrup.

Al this fruits here has high level of acidity in same cases it affect’s the tooth makes them too sensitive.
