    Is bad most of these fruits are very acidic Not good for people who suffer from acids stomach and reflux Keto diets are acidic foods

    I’m on a keto diet and I regularly eat rockmelon, watermelon, peaches, strawberry, and kiwi fruit, I’ve given up on apples and bananas, and grapes and oranges

    Kinda misleading. While all those mentioned are technically the fruit of the plant they grow on when most people talk fruit they mean apples and oranges. There were only 4 directly editable fruit in this video. Thats what new keto converts are looking for!

    My experience suggests that the keto diet is over-hyped. A good diet ougt to be easy to follow and be healthy. Agoge diet is a great option, I lost a lot of persistent belly fat.
