    Why are chia seeds on this list? That’s like putting almonds, cashews or any other nut on the list. They are very calorically dense!

  13. I was eating about 1 meal a day, 1200 calories tops. My doctor said I was starving myself. 1200 calories is a deficit, and even if it’s all vegetables, still seems like a starvation diet and unhealthy.

    I have been eating most of these foods since 1-1-2022 and’I have lost 20 pounds. Now I am stuck and can’t loose anymore. I need to loose at least 10 more pounds for hip replacement. Now what can I do I love all these veggies , except for brussel sprouts and beets.

    If you are diabetic test your blood after eating fruit. Some fruits spike my blood sugar, and so can be poor choices. Oatmeal spikes my blood sugar through the roof.
