I’m 30. Eat pizza, pasta, biryani, sweets whenever I want to. Still have a flat stomach (78 kg at 183 cm), decent chest, bisceps and shoulders. Just play football or squash or badminton twice a week, 1 min of plank and 1 min mountain climber everyday. All will be fine. Stop watching these videos.
I was about to react bad after seeing this thumbnail lol I’ve come to love bananas, i use to dislike them but they’ve definitely help me. Especially with cramping after working out, I’ve been cramping less every since i began eating them.
This is nice and all, but omits the fact that fruits today have lost most of their nutritious capabilities. You’d need to find organic fruits grown in protected soils (good luck with that), otherwise don’t count on the theoretical benefits because they won’t be there.
Breakfast: Red grapes/Banana, water
(Go to school)
Lunch: Bread with peanut butter (Make sure you choose the one with no sugar), water
(Go home)
(Do homework or something)
(Work-out)
Dinner: Just choose something healthy
TREATS: Maybe some chocolate? Or candy.. (Dont do to much treats, maybe 1 treat a day)
