    Enought is enought. No processed food period. Organic fruits and veggies. Beef, grass fed and grass finished. Organic pasture raised eggs.
    Yogurt is no good it is made from milk that has been heated that raises the casian levels to an unhealthy levels so no pasturized milk, yogurt.
    Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Organic groats ie healthy oatmeal. Brown rice. Walnuts, unsalted sunflower seeds, flax seeds. Stivia with nothing added to it. Maple syrup. No white sugar. Make your own salad dressings. Organic dressings have bad processed soy beans in them plus added unorganic items in them. I switched. No more high blood pressure, no more fatigue, no more depression, no more brain fog. No more cravings. Organic is not more expensive because of all the food you are no longer buying. Add tumeric to all foods but breakfast. I put it in spaghetti sauce, soups, stews etc, no more inflamation.
    Put filters on showers so clorine is not going on skin and hair. Shave with filtered water.
    My hubby shaved and broke out with psorisis and ache when he shaved with filtered water it went away.
    A word to the wise is suficient. Be aware of the side affect of this life style, slowly loosing weight and keeping it off, that is what is happening to me. I never count calories .i do not worry about starch. I eat potatoes with Irish grass fed and finished butter.
    If diet is on there mouths I do not want to hear it. I eat healthy. Healthy, Organic is my lifestyle.

    Hey! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Okibetonic Secrets (look on google search engine), but I’m not sure if it’s good. Have you thought about Okibetonic Secrets? I’ve heard many awesome things about it and my cooworker lost a ton of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me 🙁

    It is not only what people from Mediterranean eat, but also the life style. We tend to relax more, take it easy, have a lot of physical activity, have good/sincere relationships, have wine in moderate amounts, do a lot of dancing and sex in moderation. It is the combination of what you eat and the lifestyle…American or western way of life does not allow that…it takes time to prepare food, it is like a ritual. All the vegetables, fruits need to be picked carefully, prepared with care…In America life is fast and furious, it will eat you alive.

    Soca is same as " Chilla" in the Indian diet. Chickpea flour is used a lot in this cuisine. It’s very healthy.

Extreme diets undoubtedly are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your daily nutritionary intake. While they may generate quick weight loss, these diets are never a long-term answer for your weight problem.     Lots of lemon, garlic, herbs such as mint, parsley, dill, basil, rosemary cilantro, oregano, thyme, za’ ater,
    spices such as paprika, sumac, cardamom, Baharat, turmeric saffron.
    To reap the health benefits of olive oil one needs to consume at least 4 – 6 tablespoons per day. The Mediterranean diet is not a low fat diet. They are very liberal with the olive oil but most of the grains and legumes they eat are low glycemic and do not overly spike insulin. This is key.

    Med diet is not complicated. Fresh produce and a focus on it, whole grains, healthy fats, good proteins. Less focus on beef and pork. Bit more fish. Push processed foods out. Plenty of water and movement.

    Love Greek (Mediterranean) food….it’s very healthy if you can remember all this food combining. I don’t eat yogurt because it’s not really good for you. There must be a menu plan somewhere to follow….looks good. I’m going to give this a try because I’ve had it with the keto diet… too much fat and too many eggs !

    Any diet that contains grains is an unhealthy diet. If you want to fatten up a cow you feed it grain. If that cow is left to roam and graze on the same grain with the grass included the cow remains healthy.
    Grain is the #1 worst food any animal can consume because its not consumed as part of the whole plant. It is refined into things like flour or even oatmeal is just the oats not the plant and the grain. When was the last time you ate oats, plant and grain? Humans dont eat the whole plant because we dont have the proper gasto/intestinal tract to digest all the cellulose in the plant. So then why are we processing and eating just the seed/grain? Better way to answer that question is to test your blood glucose before eating oatmeal then test it at 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours and 4 hours after eating it and you will understand why you should not be eating grains let alone the obvious sensitivities people are showing to foods that contain grain.

    Eat. FRESH.

    That’s it. If it can sit on a shelf for months, don’t eat it. I would include dry pasta in that. White flour is poison, wheat flour goes rancid and causes free radicals. The point is to eat foods LOADED with electrons (antioxidants). It’s not hard.
