Make your own salad dressings. Organic dressings have bad processed soy beans in them plus added unorganic items in them. I switched. No more high blood pressure, no more fatigue, no more depression, no more brain fog. No more cravings. Organic is not more expensive because of all the food you are no longer buying. Add tumeric to all foods but breakfast. I put it in spaghetti sauce, soups, stews etc, no more inflamation.
Put filters on showers so clorine is not going on skin and hair. Shave with filtered water.
My hubby shaved and broke out with psorisis and ache when he shaved with filtered water it went away.
A word to the wise is suficient. Be aware of the side affect of this life style, slowly loosing weight and keeping it off, that is what is happening to me. I never count calories .i do not worry about starch. I eat potatoes with Irish grass fed and finished butter.
