Can dark chocholate be replaced with one tablespoon of organic unsweetened cocoa powder? I think it’s healthier and better option. I’m eating one tablespoon of raw organic cocoa powder every day in my shake (homemade kefir, hemp seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, walnuts, almonds, tea spoon of cynammon organic powder and tablespoon of organic unsweetened raw cocoa powder).

Is it true that almonds have cyanide?
Should’ve included that preservatives and artificial ingredients can cause cancer. Just watched videos on what these bad ingredients can do to you
