I eat none of these and eat 1300 calories a day and my bmi is 48. I’m done. So over my own body. I have been to that bakery once. It was delightful. I live in Utah.
Honestly I want to lose weight but the problem is I cannot resist the temptations of eating candy bars and my mom also works at the McDonalds so you can imagine the amount of food I eat a day.
My trouble foods are bread, pasta, candy, and pastries. I’m in desperate need to lose about 75 pounds. I hurt all the time in my joints and I think I’m developing peripheral nerve disease to my lower extremities and feet.
from all the list, my soft spot is bread!!!! I think that s the main culprit. I noticed thin people are more into proper sugar than bread, so my theory is that you can eat much more bread than proper sweets, so I ll start buying chocolate and stay away from bread. you got to eat some sugar!
