Morning- I drink a protein shake(blue berries, strawberries, protein powder, Greek yogurt, peanut butter and spy milk and creatine
Afternoon- 5 bars of protein weetbix with protein powder and creatine with peanut butter. Coupled with chicken breast
Night- 4 slices of oat bread with tuna and nandos sauce. With a shake(water melon, Blueberries, strawberries, ginger, Mangoes and cranberry juice.
Is that good?? I’m cutting rn
The front-heavy calorie distribution point is interesting. However, makes me wonder how Kinobody manages the amazing results they get from back-heavy. I can confirm this as I’ve tried both myself. Results weren’t as good with front-heavy for me?

what were the exact measurements to make that many fluffy pancakes? when i did this recipe i only got two very thin pancakes
