Regarding seed prebiotic. Are there any foods with prebiotic that make it past the stomach? If no, then it’s a new concept. How do we know we are not doing something harmful?
Can you either make a video (or suggest a channel) that explains the science behind several of these bad vs good chemicals. I’d love a mote indepth understanding beyond an ingredient being "inflammatory"

Truth LESS simple INGREDIENTS that occurs naturally is healthy for your body. If you can’t read & understand those nasty scientific ingredients is very evident unhealthy. PREVENTION is key, I rather buy healthy foods now than be in pain later to pay expensive medical bills.

Thanks for your video on picking the right foods especially for me after few years back going through 6 bypasses knowing that if I didn’t go to a Dr. per friend’s I would be dead with a massive heart attack. I know I have to be proactive and your videos are priceless.

I am finding your supermarket walkthroughs so educational. After each viewing, I go to my pantry and cabinets and throw out things. In addition, I am keeping a list of better products and swap outs on my phone to use on my next shopping trip. I welcome the education on all the foods that we have taken for granted as health are just slowly killing us. Thank you!
For anyone wondering, a big reason "enriched" is bad is due to the fact it has folic acid (the synthetic of folate). Many people can not process folic acid due to gene mutations such as mthfr. Always look for folic acid free foods!
For people who are on food stamps or those on a fixed income, it’s damn near impossible to eat healthy foods. Most people can’t even begin to imagine eating the "proper" foods.

Probiotics can be found in greens/herbs. green peppers have zinc; and fruits like dragon fruits have prebiotic properties in them.

I read recently that even if we take the avocado oil; if we cook with it using high heat; it becomes harmful. Have you read or heard about that?
