For tuna, I recommend golden seas tuna in springwater, only 171 calories with 39 grams of protein, for those who are cutting(losing weight), because it’s easy to get famoosed by tuna in cans especially the one in oils. skl
I disagree with canned foods. They usually have a very high sodium content that causes your body to retain more water than it needs which causes weight gain.
If you want fried potatoes, rinse, boil in salted water, then let them dry in the fridge. Afterwhich, you throw them in the oven or the airfryer.
Rinsing gets rid of the surface starch. Boiling gets rid of the starches even further. Less starch, less carbs. It also breaks up the exterior of the potato, which helps in making them crunchy without the use of oil.
