I’d like to ask those of you who have had success in following this form of dieting of how long did you follow it for. Was it for 3 days at a time and then ate normally for the rest of the week or followed the three day program over and over throughout the week until you reached your goal weight.
Honestly, it’s not the peoples fault for eating that stuff. Healthy food is so expensive compared to fast food, and the choice is obvious for people with low income.

Hi guys, I have been working out at home, ab exercises, intermittent fasting, planks, pushups, skipping, 5000 walking steps daily, eating clean on caloric deficit (<1500cals), for last 1 month, lost 3kgs but still no major reduction of belly fat (36inch waist) 🙁 [i am 29 years, 76kgs, male] plz help!
day 1
breakfast: unsweetened green tea, 2 boiled eggs, 2 tomatoes
lunch: 2 egg whites, 4 ounces of fish boiled or baked, and unsweetened green tea
dinner: fave veggies (steamed), green tea without sugar
day 2
breakfast: unsweetened green tea, 2 boiled eggs, and a banana
lunch: 2 egg whites 4.2 ounces of chicken, unsweetened green tea
dinner: a piece of rusk, 4 ounces of cottage cheese
day 3:
breakfast: a glass of tomato juice and 2 boiled eggs
lunch: unsweetened green tea, 2 egg whites , and 4.2 ounces of cooked red meat
dinner: green salad, 2 baked potatoes, unsweetened green tea

Banana is too high in sugar. Potato & Banana have potassium. I will try substituting avocado instead.
