Very informative video I think most simplified I ever watched. I’m wondering about the protein as you mentioned 100g per meal but would it be better for me as I have had kidney stones to count via tracker or as others suggested per weight. Sorry for long comment. Best wishes:)

Can you recommend a keto blood monitor..hard to find one with reasonably priced keto strips. They all push glucose test strips.
