Healthy weight loss diet must include nutrients in equal proportion..This is very low calorie diet which is danger for your health..Also,your appetite will go high which allows you to skip the diet.This will reduce your weight for sure but you end up with no energy and may lead to health issues due to lack of nutrients.

There is something called genetic. we stay thin or fat beyond diet. Just make sure if you are active fit flexible.
