Hi i thought the 5.2 diet you can eat what you like on normal days and that includes fish chip pies and cakes .you don’t count calories….then you fast for2 days in week. Others wise if you can eat processed food this diet is the slimmers world diet.then uk london
Idk why I always see only 2 meals for 500 days..I have a hardy breakfast (2 egg whites grilled zucchini and scallion…with a 16 cal bread)100-120c a snack 50 c (fruit).lunch 100-120c- salad and pop bread, protein …snack veggies or fruits maybe with humos 100c…dinner 150c ( spaghetti squash…grilled vegies low fat cheese or breast; I researched the lowest and most filling foods..made sure I drink and I can tell you I am not hungry…if I just have 2 meals…all I think about is food… I am always eating…so there is no such thing as dreaming of food.

When they say fast for a day do they mean 24 hours… like eat dinner at 6 PM in the evening and then break the fast the next evening at or about 6 PM when you eat dinner again?
If u follow any diet for a year you will def see results !!! Simple ! There is no magical diet out there ! If u stick to any diet and for a whole year u will loose weight !!!!!!!

Didn’t even know it was a diet plan lol but on my fasting days I definitely don’t eat anything If I were to consume more than 100 cal I would Lose self control And I would have to keep eating lol this woman doesn’t quite seem to have all her facts straight… maybe she just has to say things to cover herself, by eating this way is most certainly suitable for a diabetic I don’t know nothing about type two diabetes but for me I type one diabetic diagnosed at the age of four this eating style works for me. I feel lighter with more energy because I fast. I’ve been thin my whole life (except after pregnancy lol)

Fasting is also part of our everyday language – break fast.
Islam teaches me many things, not only fasting in ramadan, sunnah fasting on monday and thursday every week of the month also taught to us.☺
