This ABSOLUTELY NOT WORK!!!! I have done everything dieticians teach and NONE OF IT WORKS. It is not about calories. Everyone around me eats AWAY more than me. The only thing that works for me is Intermittent Fasting combined with watching calories for those two meals. I need to be under 900 calories to lose. So I eat 300 calories at lunch and 600 calories 5 hours later — and no snacks. I am a disabled 70 year old woman.

Confess and repent of all your sins in prayer in the name of Jesus.
Forgive those who have harmed you (this will free you from anger) as God forgave you.
Be baptised fully immersed in water and be baptised in the Holy Spirit (if possible).
Live pure and stop sinning.
If you sin unwillfully confess and repent for none of us are perfect except Jesus.
Be obedient.
Follow the spiritual laws:
Love you neighbour as yourself and love God with all your heart, soul and mind.
Develop a relationship with God. Walk with him in the cool of the day.
Just starting out on your diet, maybe the best way to control your portions is to start with frozen meals like Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice. If you stay on your diet long enough you will soon just know what is a proper portion is.
