    Great video. Would you recommend people over 40yrs with long term intermittent fasting. I am under impression that intermittent fasting should not be the way for life. I see that intermittent fasting is just for shocking the system to reduce weight then just maintain good food habits.

    If you are working out in a morning and your fasting hours is 16 and you have to still wait for 4 more hours to start your meal. Then is it okay to have a protien powder after your workout or you have to wait for 4 hrs. 🌝 or what to do?
