LOVE Quinoa. Oats too. Great ideas for prep. Thank you for the ideas . I will add the veggie arrangement with eggs to my post workout snack ! 😍 🌲🤍 Victoria
Overnight oats are not cooked, and the oats are raw. Is that safe to eat? Oats are a "naturally occuring product" would be accurate to say I believe but do not get rinsed…..I think I’ll keep cooking my oats.
I love the recipes in this video, and I’m not trying to be mean, but I’m begging you please do some research on how to properly use sharp utensils in the kitchen. I was clenching so hard when you were pulling that grater towards your hand with the carrot, and I could hardly watch when your fingertips were extended by the knife blade as you were chopping. I would suggest practicing the claw technique for using knives in the kitchen.
I want to try clean eating. Having 4 children it’s been too easy to fall into the overly processed foods because they’re easy. I’m going to definitely try this meal plan because it’s quick and easy, and I want to introduce clean eating to my kids while they’re still little so they make better choices when they’re older. Thanks for this video. Definitely subscribing. 😀
"Clean" eating is a meaningless buzz word that shames people for "dirty" eating if they don’t have access to healthy foods or knowledge of unhealthy eating habits
I lost 60 pounds by drastically cutting back fast food/processed food and completely cutting out soda and alcohol. I can run a sub 15 minute 2 mile, squat 405 lbs and bench 225 lbs.
I eat demonized stuff like red meat, potatoes, rice, steel cut oats and pasta too. I just have a policy where I only eat the food that I cook.
What do you recommend for people who are addicted to sweets it’s especially hard because I work in a bakery so I’m constantly around them I’ve tried replacing with fruit but then it doesn’t satisfy me and I end up eating a sweet anyway
i love eating healthy but my mom loves processed foods and is not very much into cooking. since i started cooking for my own (mostly plant based but with some meat every now and then and a cheat day once a week) i feel sooooo amazing!! energized, no bloating and no cravings at all. i think the key is to not be too restrictive. also i noticed once you start to eat healthy you crave those foods. you don’t enjoy processed foods anymore as you did before
Wow so many negative comments on here. Give her credit for trying. My mother used to say if you don’t have any nice to say then don’t say anything. If you can do better then maybe you should put out a video
The trouble with these eating plans people sell you is they don’t have an alternative food e.g.i hate quinoa so would need to have something else!! Lovely food there otherwise 👍🏻👏
We absolutely love your tips! There are sooo many people who don’t realize that eating like this is actually way easier and a lot more rewarding than consuming "healthy" processed products and fast food😊
Never had quinoa, is it the same thing as rice??
THANK YOU FOR SHARING
I’m looking forward to trying your recipes. Thank you!
Sorry can I just say first thing. Cows milk isn’t clean eating !! Maybe hemp milk or something instead ??
Information about the 6 week program please i can’t find it.
the word "clean," is for cleaning supplies, not food.
I have looking into how to be healthy and this is just what I have been looking for
Interesting

I love the simplicity of this!

The easiest way for me to eat clean is I simply don’t buy processed food. I never go near the aisles that’s "not my kind of food"
Great recipes and easy to make too! A definite must try!

I LOVE YOUR ENTHUSIASM!!!
Thank you so much for this video!😭💖
I love these ideas. The only thing is I don’t feel full for very long eating plant based.
I forgot the chopped parsley 🌿
It’s not complete without the Parsley!
Thanks! for you video.
It´s great.
Hate to break it to you babes but this is a diet.
Amazing!
You are a wonderful and generous teacher. Thank you and God bless you and your family.
Is that a ceramic pan?
Love this way of eating much more sustainable and enjoyable.
You’re the goat 🐐
Also ignore all the silly comments idk how people are offended by carrots.

I followed the steps in this video, but my asparagus came out brown and limp.. any ideas? Should I shorten the time or maybe remove it early on?
Very healthy!
Thank you for the easy instructions. I’m inspired to start my new channel.
I noticed you didn’t wash the quinoa. You really should to wash out the saponins.
I love how simple you made this healthy meal plan. thank you I just subscribed!

I just starting out eating more whole foods and this was helpful on some meal ideas. Do you have any cookbooks you suggest on clean eating?

I’m sorry but that burn chicken with its burn sauce is not clean eating
Thank you!
Thanks but it is not hygenic to cook kinoa together with eggs cause the shell of an egg can have some bacteria.
