but when work starts i wana consume less calories or just musli bar & yogurt & water for both breaks if its afternoon then eat aloot less when i get back round 10-11pm i normally consume alot of calories after work at that time of night i know isnt healthy long term
but definitly with me starting to train as well i wana be more serious bout diet part
as i consume to much in last 2days eating chinese plate of chow main & sweet sour pork & honey chicken with sauage rolls & sweets but i mix with veges & fruits
& im startin to run 40mins + walkin
but in 2-3weeks my diet will change aloot
brown rice more veges & fruits & more fitter but less calories consumed daily till cheat day where i at least have 2-3days of cheat day where its 1 meal a day of fatty stuff
it’ll cost money
but definitly i understand consumin less is healthy mentally as well definitly wana get seeds & make smoothes in coming weeks
i need to buy blender & maybe some protein shakes so im not eatin so much
maybe coffee & yogurt & musli bar at work most of week in coming weeks
its sucks coz work make some good feeds for employers where its free lunch cook makes some ok meals
pizza day will be missed once i start my diet
anyways definitly know i’ll go well diet & consumin less calories with my fitness improving should be ok nxt 1-2mnths
I noticed listening to you none of the foods I eat homemade or store bought are meant to taste and enjoy. I just eat because I have to and I have to be an "example" for my baby so she won’t eat alone. This was eye opening

I was raised on fast food and fried foods snd didn’t even try a salad until I was almost 30 so eating healthy is brand new.
