I know half n half is inflammatory but it’s the only creamer for my coffee that’s light and creamy. I have yet to find a nondairy creamer that I can get that is creamy. If you have a suggestions I would truly appreciate it. Thanks 🙏
Garlic may be your friend when you consume it raw, not cooked, in case you contracted an infection. I wouldn’t listen to this channel, she doesn’t know the basics about not eating processed food

Thanks for creating this video, Lisa! Yes, I eat all of them except for broccoli, which somehow makes me really hungry, and chia seeds, which tend to get stuck in my gut. I have my own health issues and really make an effort to reduce inflammation. My diet is low-carb/Flexitarian. In addition to eating mostly anti-inflammatory foods, I take the supplements quercetin (with bromelain), ashwagandha, and Relora to help my body deal with stress and inflammation.
