keto diet is overhyped. i have read somewhere that its not really a good thing for you body, my doctor is against it also, he recommended agoge diet to me and it helped me lose weight and just feel better in anyway possible
I have been using HyperKeto for around 4 months now. I’m happy with the product, but I’m not sure if it’s for me. For one, I don’t know how much of a difference this is making in my weight loss and I am still struggling with my diet, so it might just be a waste of money.
Whether or not this kind of diet is sustainable is completely up to the individual, and personality type matters! My father was a control freak and very regimented, and he was on the Atkins diet for 15 years. He went from 350 to 200 pounds and kept it off the whole time. Over the years, he grew very used to the diet and it just became his normal. If you’re one of those people who really sticks to things and doesn’t mind restrictions, the diet is totally sustainable.
I believe Dr Oz is right. Keto diet in the long run won’t do good. I am more with mediterranean diet. It makes more sense and scientifically proven. Keto diet is not!!!!! it may help in short term to healing or temporary for some treatments not a permanent daily thing to do. I strongly believe in intermittent fasting combine with mediterranean diet or just eat any healthy food and listen carefully to your body. Just make it simple, no strict rules and no stress
I may need to try it. I never had trouble losing and maintaining weight before. I typically don’t have a lot of fast carbs, but now it’s a problem. Even with doing at least 5 hours of cardio a week, I’m still technically overweight. Only other thing is just counting calories. That works. I don’t mind it, but my blood pressure has been high and counting calories doesn’t help that. I have to find a good keto guide though.
Every time I see someone talk about keto, they make it seem like it’s ALL meat and fat and it’s bad for you. I don’t think that’s true at all, at least not for me. I’ve been keto for 2 years now and I have a big salad almost every day. You have to get your veggies in. I eat a lot of kale, spinach and lettuce. Eating fresh meat and vegetables is great for your body. I lost 60 lbs, went from eating a McDonald’s burger and fries to eating fresh meat and vegetables. Pretty sure that’s a no brainer.
This is the Atkins diet, just renamed. I would REALLY like to know what their cholesterol levels are and degree of atherosclerosis is. This throws you into ketosis. While you can lose weight, what else is it doing to your body.

I just wanna be lean and clean without overworking my body cause im anemic and i have a hard time with hard intensity training . Been on keto for two weeks,i dont see any fat loss from my body,but i measured and saw ive lost 2 kgs so thats something,i just wish it could show in the mirror also
Thank you. My question is regarding energy needs. What this gentleman said he eats could barely be 1200 calories a day. How can anyone let alone a grown male athlete live on that? Our basal metabolic rate is going to be at least 1700 for an active grown man and that doesn’t even factor in any calories burned during activity. I simply do not believe this is all a grown man would eat during a normal day. I believe there is misrepresentation taking place here. Oh and by the way…no everyone doesn’t love bacon. It’s full of saturated fats that clog arteries. Isn’t that nutrition 101?
