In my research everything he stated on oatmilk. Be cautious. Almond milk has lower carbs and calories than in oat milk. Check out women’s health on the comparison. Where you gain carbs, calories, sugar and protein content -being higher in oatmilk, you gain some fiber. So if you need the less sugar, lower calorie and carb content and the protein level isn’t your concern…. go with almond milk.
It’s really difficult for me to lose weight since the most active I can be physically is doing daily activities like taking care of animals, feeding myself, and every other normal daily thing.
Not because I’m overweight but because I’m disabled.
But! If I can learn to manage what I eat (I have huge issues with the urge to eat) I bet I could lose a bit of weight.

I see people calculating their calorie intake for their weight loss plan and using kg instead of pounds. That is completely wrong. Formulating it like that will also tell you to eat 600-1000 calories a day but please know that under around 1200 is starving yourself! So please convert kg to pounds.
Is there a better feeling than eating a pizza without a guilt knowing that it wouldn’t mess up your fitness plans? AgogeDiet, thank you for everything!
If u wanna ask Someone about calories ask just men Cuz they are more experienced than Girls(usually)girls still can be so active and stuff but men are like experienced cuz..
If you’re happy with your weight, why are you ‘looking to lose that extra 5 or 10 lbs?’ If you’re looking to lose, you aren’t happy with it where it is. I call BS on that lady. 🤷♀️

Yeah, the problem with this is most people drastically underestimate what is considered "lightly active" or "moderately active." Also, I don’t think the old equation of calories in and calories out captures all the nuances because I should be gaining fat based on the amount of fat calories I’m eating. But I’m not. The answer is COUNT YOUR CARBS.

No one can actually give you a number of calories YOU should be eating in order to lose weight without A LOT more individual information about you and your lifestyle.
Soy is garbage. They don’t tell you that story is excreted with chemicals and it’s bad for you never eat anything story unless it’s from China or Japan. Process soy will make you gain weight
This is false. I counted all the way to 1400 calories, yet currently I’m eating 1100 and gaining weight. So no, this really depends on the person themselves.
I love Dr. Smith! That was so simple to figure out how many calories to eat! I just was watching a guy in another video & I came away feeling like I needed a degree in rocket science just to get to where Dr. Ian got in 1 step! Kudos!

My way too keep a stable body weight is to avoid cookies and processed foods (like chips) and removing sodas

3500 is a pound and ur telling to times my weight by 14 !? Thats 4000 calories!!! How can i lose weight !? Makes no sense at all

My current weight is 63kg
And I want to be 53 kgs.
So I would do 53×14= 742 calories I need to consume Every day to lose weight. Ok ✅ thanks 😊

Is Okibetonic Secrets helpful to lost crazy amounts of weight? I have read many good things about Okibetonic Secrets (do a google search).
Oat milk will spike insulin and cause you to store fat. Unsweetened coconut or hemp milk would be much better options for weight loss.
So let’s say I eat 1000 calories today to lose weight I need to burn 1200
