I love all the foods you listed. One of my favorite orange foods is grapefruit. It is high in Naringenin which is a flavanoid that helps reduce adipose tissue, the liver, and lower blood pressure. Blueberries are also great for memory. Maca root helps build muscle and balance hormones. The highest amount of sulforaphane is found in Broccoli microgreens and sprouts. Sprouts can be grown in five days in a mason jar and microgreens can be grown in five to twelve days in soil. Microgreens have higher nutrient content than normal plants we eat.

Often, when you want to lose weight, you only eat low-fat foods: cottage cheese, kefir and milk. No butter, no nuts, not even tallow. Why?
Fatty foods have long been seen as a major cause of obesity. Everyone was talking about it, so we remembered. But now scientists have made a work of the mistakes.
Fats are vital for our bodies, both saturated (meat, dairy) and unsaturated (nuts, fish). If you cut down on fats below the minimum required, you will get hormonal, skin, and immune system problems.
How much fat do you need?
It is advisable to devote 20-35% of your incoming calories to fats. At the rate of 2000 kcal it is 45-80 g. At 1500 kcal it is 35-60 g.
Don’t be afraid of fats, cutting them will not make you slimmer, it will only add to your problems. Simply control your calories, and don’t reduce your fat below 20%.
Conclusion: We don’t get fat because of fatty foods, we need fats and we should give them 20-35% of our caloric intake.
Nutrients from plants are not absorbed well in humans. Humans are carnivores. My five foods are steak, hamburger, fish, chicken and pork. I am more on board with Dr. Shawn Baker on the food thing. Plants are not good for humans and contain natural toxins that cause harm over time. Fruits have too much sugar. Carbs turn into sugar and cause most diseases. Dr. Ken Berry is also a good source of real science information on this topic also Dr. Anthony Chaffee.
Loved this episode. What you put in your body is more important than can ever be spoken. Can’t build a tower on shifting sands, nor can you build an incredible body on a bad diet.
Eating the proper foods and nutrients benefits not only your physical health but also your mental health. That’s why I’m treating my body like a temple and eating only the best! Ive been ordering my meals from Innovative food! They offer the finest selection of specialty gourmet food products and gourmet gift assortments from around the world! Check them out
I totally disagree with eating cruciferous vegetables. These foods are a net negative. He’s 100% wrong. Sulforaphane NOT an antioxidant, its a prooxidant and a toxin that your liver has to get rid of. This is a plant defense chemical that is NOT good for humans. Stick to red meat and eggs. For more information look to Paul Saladino or Shawn Baker.
Jeff, I enjoy your videos on how to fix an injury. I’ve seen the herniated disk ones for lower back but haven’t seen one for the neck. Is there one for a herniated neck disk?
Having known nothing about Jeff I was skeptical about this channel at first, what with the ‘Breathing Oxygen is KILLING Your Gains’ (Okay, I’m exaggerating a bit) videos, but figured he was my age and shredded AF so he most likely knows what he’s talking about.
Using his tips, combined with Keto (I know, I know) I’ve lost nearly 60lbs! I still have another 40 to get where I want, but I wanted to thank Jeff for all the great info. It’s been a massive help.
hey Jeff I tried to do your program but I didn’t have any money at the time and I still don’t have enough can I get the program for free like send me a link
Did you say that cooking generates sulfurofane? I don’t believe that’s correct, cooking I believe destroyed the enzymes that generate it, so one has to chop and wait a few hours before cooking or eat cooked cruciferouse veggies with raw ones or with mustard Powe Der to get it.
Hi Jeff I saw your statement on working out only 30 minutes in a one day session. There is no way in hell I can do that. Firstly I am 69 in very good shape cardio, strength, endurance and stamina . If one day I am going to stretch ,that will take 20 minutes, and I may have started with 15 minutes of jump rope. Then I proceeded to do a leg workout which may have consisted of the usual and hit all the leg parts, and that took one hour. Oh and I also try to do my zone 2 / 70% heart rate max cardio at least 3-4 times a week and that takes 45 minutes, and I have gotten great results from that. So, Jeff your messing with my head with the 30 minute workout, unless this is a marketing thing for all your followers. I wouldn’t know what to cut to do a thirty minute workout
I don’t have an issue with working out, mine is mostly diet, I don’t consume a lot of calories everyday, but eating healthy can somewhat be expensive, especially today with the price of everything going up. Any tips on what I should do?
Jeff, love you content I’ve lost 45 pounds with your help. For the past few months I’ve been trying to bulk and put on muscle mass how do you feel about breast milk I’ve read a article here and there but was curious if you heard anything about it being a aid in muscle growth.
Just wanted to comment to make it 1000 comments

Dude wasted $12 in blueberries just trying to catch one in his mouth.
If you want to reduce oxidative stress, the best option is electrically reduzed, ionized water!

Tell a swimmer , cyclist , runner etc. you only need to work out 30 minutes a day.
