    – Half of grape fruit
    LUNCH:

    – Half can of tuna
    DINNER:
    – 85 grams of any meat (boil or steamed)
    – One cup of greens beans
    – Half of banana or apple
    – Half cup of vanilla ice cream

    DAY 2.
    – BREAKFAST:
    – 1 slice of wholegrain toast
    – One hard-boil egg
    – Half of banana
    LUNCH:
    – One hard-boil egg
    – Five saltine crackers
    – One cup of cottage cheese
    DINNER:
    – Two hotdogs (no bun or condiments😅)
    – Half a cup of carrots
    – A cup of broccoli
    – Half of banana
    – Cup of Vanilla ice cream 🍦

    DAY 3.
    – BREAKFAST:
    – Five saltine crackers
    – A slice of cheddar cheese
    – One small apple

    – 1 Slice of wholegrain toast
    – One boil egg
