    Yogurt is fine but plain Greek yogurt is best just add berries a fruit Commercial yogurt is full of sugar. I was vegan but not any more Mediterranean is better for me but this cute video is great. Ghh

    I love the fact that you made a video of healthy foods that looks absolutely delicious! I’m definitely open to eating more oatmeal (not instant) and avocados on a daily basis! I also love the idea of eating salmon more regularly. My only issue with the salmon is the whole “mercury” issue. Does anyone have any thoughts on that?

    We were told not to eat: eggs, potatoes, milk, iodized salt, nuts, sugar, butter, meat, etc. What this did was increase health problems these foods solved naturally. Then doctors began recommending pharmaceutical drugs to make tests “seem like” drugs solved these problems like high cholesterol, hypothyroidism, diabetes, we may not have had if we had kept eating these foods in the first place. We need to determine if these messages come from a pharmaceutical company or agricultural food producer, for example, trying to create demand for their products. They need to be properly labeled as “marketing” and “advertising” before they become responsible for bankrupting the economy by causing serious health issues.

    As a very picky eater who is trying to lose weight, I was pleasantly surprised with this list! It looks like I can easily incorporate a lot of these foods into my diet. I’ve never tried quinoa, but I definitely will after this video!

    I’m 14 and want to lose weight but it’s hard to ask my parents because they always cook unhealthy and say I don’t need to go on a diet. I’m not overweight but I’m not exactly skinny and I want smaller arms and legs

    Unpopular opinion – I know 3 vegans. All three are miserable and suffer from the same issue. Being anaemic and having super low iron levels which leads to always being low on energy. I’m not saying that there isn’t a way around it, however, humans are carnivorous. Evolutionary we are predators. Just look at our teeth. So before anyone goes vegan, make sure that you have FULLY studied and found what vitamins and minerals your body will need that you’d normally get from meats, fish and milk products. And make sure that these supplements will work for you. One of my vegan friends has been miserable for over 10 years and even doctors can’t find a supplement that would help her because her body doesn’t accept the supplements. All I’m saying is – be careful with going full on vegan. Although vegan cakes are amazing!

    Tried everything. This makes sense. Helps curb the late night hunger. How do you feel about two meal a day or intermittent fasting OMAD and warrior. I have tried these but tend to overeat🤔. I am a marathon runner and still need to lose 25 lbs. help🧑‍💻🏃
